Business Development / Entrepreneur-in-Residence Internship (m/f/x)

YOUR ROLE

Circula has entered its growth phase with the vision to establish ourselves as the category leader in the Accounting and Benefits industries within Europe. Our mission is to make admin work hassle free, so employees can do their best work. As a Business Development / Entrepreneur-in-Residence Intern (f/m/x), you will play a key role in bringing creative ideas to support in building innovative business processes across Circula.

As part of the Operations team, you understand what it means to have great team spirit and you are curious to learn and grow. If you are passionate about software, have a bias for action, enjoy working with different teams, and are up for a new challenge, we look forward to meeting you!

Reporting to the Head of Operations:

  • You gain valuable insights and real work experience into the organizational development and strategic direction of Circula as we expand within Germany and across Europe
  • You become a product and process expert, constantly developing your knowledge and skills as tasks are diverse and anything but run-of-the-mill
  • You take ownership of your projects from concept to execution, supporting cross-functional teams at Circula
  • You work with the best and coolest tech-stack for project management and business process optimisation
  • You collaborate across all functions and levels, from the Leadership team to Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, Sales and Marketing

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a highly motivated intern with a passion for teamwork, process-driven and wants to create an impact.  

  • You have completed or are currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics or a related field
  • Ideally, you have a good technical understanding of software products and features and you find it easy to understand new SaaS products 
  • You have an eye for detail, with a great ability to suggest new ideas and drive projects and tasks to completion
  • You enjoy cross-departmental projects and have a knack for organising and coordinating them
  • You have a growth mindset - your curiosity drives your desire for learning and development 
  • You are a strong communicator with business fluent English - additional languages are a plus!
