This is a full-time on-location Internship role as an International Growth Developer (Medical Devices) at GrowthMedics. The Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to international market expansion, sales development, market research, and logistics activities.

Role of the international sales and marketing developer intern
· Part of the growth team, supporting several medical companies - with international commercial activities;
· Researching international market potential, competitors, pricing and other areas;
· Researching new leads, potential customer targets and contact information using the latest software tools;
· Cold calling activities and sales presentations;
· Managing email marketing campaigns;
· Supporting with website maintenance and blog posts;
· Support with strategy, reporting and planning activities.
Skills and competencies
· Speak and write verbally excellent in English, and 2 key European languages (preferably German and/or , French and/or , Italian and/or Spanish), 3 languages is a huge plus!
· Commercially driven – able to give presentations, not afraid to pick up the phone and sell solutions!
· Strong communicator – able to hold conversations and communicate easy
· Time management skills – able to manage multiple tasks and projects
· Able to work independently – takes initiative and responsibility
· Pro-active, energetic and fun;
· Eager to learn;
· Strong research skills (Chat GPT, Office, AI tools)
· Affinity for medical is a plus.
