Your tasks and responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Management

• You share our job postings on various channels and ensure a steady influx of applications.
• You take of the whole recruiting process closely collaborating with our HR and recruiting team as well as other international departments to ensure a sustainable and efficient recruiting process
• You conduct interviews to ensure that candidates align both professionally and personally with our teams
• You contribute to the expansion of our employer brand across Europe by creating content for our social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram) 

HR Onboarding Management

• You prepare the onboardings for our new team members and ensure a smooth start (community management) 
• Alongside our admin team, you guide the administrative steps of the onboarding processes

Your profile

• Organizing, intercultural communication and working with people are your passion
• You like creating a perfect work environment for our international team
• You work effectively, structured, goal-oriented and have an eye for detail
• In stressful situations you stay calm and on top of the things
• Very good command in English is a must and knowledge of other languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian or German) is a plus
• You handle correspondence by phone and email independently, thorough and flawless
• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/university program
• Your internship duration is a minimum of 4 months
• Bonus: You attended a holiday camp - as a child or as a counselor
