INTERNSHIP PEOPLE & CULTURE (M/F/D)

TASKS

• Support People & Culture Team: Assist with daily tasks and urgent matters, ensuring smooth team operations.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle People & Culture admin work, keeping records and documents up-to-date.
• Office Management: Help organize and manage office operations, including supplies, equipment and post management.
• Candidate Screening and Sourcing: Identify and screen potential candidates for all open roles.
• Applicant Correspondence: Manage communication with applicants and hiring managers.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates.
• Job Posting Management: Assist in creating, posting, and managing job advertisements.

REQUIREMENTS 

• You are currently studying and are enrolled at a university (HR-specified studies are considered an advantage)
• You are fluent in English and German (any other European language will be considered an advantage)
• You are located in Berlin
• You have the willingness and passion to learn and grow
• You have a very structured and reliable way of working
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• General understanding of and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, XING, etc. is a plus
• Initial practical experience in office management, administrative tasks, or HR is an advantage
