Your main tasks include, among others:

• Contribute to the development of strategic concepts and white papers
• Assist in leading strategic workshops that foster innovation and collaboration
• Stay at the forefront of industry and technology trends, sharing key insights with the team
• Craft compelling presentations and status reports about ongoing strategic projects
• Master the art of stakeholder management and conduct insightful stakeholder interviews
• Enhance and curate content and design in SharePoint, Teams Channel, and Collaborative Tools
• Additionally, contribute to occasional marketing material preparation and event management tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

• Advanced students in business-related fields
• Preferred experience in project management and workshop moderation
• Exceptional accuracy, self-organization, and multitasking skills under pressure
• High levels of independence, proactivity, and task reliability
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in English
