We are looking for someone who wants to see how a modern business actually runs. You will be working directly with upper management to keep the business running smoothly and help it grow.
What you will actually do:
Handle Operations: You will help manage the day-to-day logistics of our rentals. We use AI to help with guests, cleaning, maintenance, pricing and just about every aspect of the operation, but you will be the one making sure our guests are happy and problems get solved quickly.
Improve Our Listings: You will look at our properties on Airbnb and Booking.com and figure out how to get more views. This means updating descriptions, testing different prices, and analyzing which photos work best.
Build Better Systems: We don't like doing the same manual task twice. If you see a process that is slow or annoying, your job is to find a way to automate it using AI tools.
