Her Body, Her Mind is an early-stage initiative based in Berlin, focused on creating supportive spaces for women who are directly or indirectly affected by cancer.

Through intimate events, workshops, and digital content, the project aims to support emotional well-being and nervous system regulation, self-expression through art therapy practices, especially for women who may feel isolated or lack access to community, including expats and non-German speakers.

The long-term vision is to build a platform where women* can access trusted practitioners, educational resources, and community-based support in a safe and accessible way.

Internship: Social Media & Project Support (Wellness / Community Project)

Beschreibung des Praktikums

We are looking for a motivated intern to support the development of Her Body, Her Mind over the next 3–6 months.

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the founder (me) and gain insight into building a purpose-driven project from an early stage.

 

The role is flexible and can be adapted depending on your interests and strengths.
 

Aufgaben (Tasks)
  • Support with social media coordination and content planning (Instagram)
  • Assist in creating and organizing content (visual + text)
  • Help structure a simple website/landing page (MVP phase)
  • Support the organization of small events and workshops
  • Conduct basic research (e.g. practitioners, community needs, trends)
  • General support in day-to-day project coordination


     
Anforderungen (What we’re looking for)
  • Interest in social impact, wellness, holistic therapies, or community-based work
  • Basic understanding of Instagram / social media
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a small, evolving project
  • Good English skills (German is a plus)

This is an unpaid internship. However, you will gain hands-on experience in building an early-stage project, work closely with the founder, and have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful tasks.
