About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive intern to join our Berlin team. Reporting to the Partner & Customer Success Lead, you will be the voice of ATworld — owning the B2B and B2C customer journey and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality and excellence.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • First-line customer and partner support via email, chat, and phone
  • L1 technical troubleshooting for platform-related issues
  • Partner onboarding and relationship management
  • Quality checks at live ATworld locations
  • Platform and content management
  • Communication and marketing support
  • KPI reporting and performance tracking

 

Who We Are Looking For

  • Customer-obsessed with a genuine hospitality mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator in English (German is a strong plus)
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
  • Based in Berlin
  • This internship must be a mandatory component of your academic program (Pflichtpraktikum)
