Brava Nails is a growing nail salon brand with two studios in Berlin, bringing together high hygiene standards, great results and fair prices.
Our ambition is to become the go-to nail salon brand in Berlin, and eventually across Germany. We currently create our content ourselves, and we’re looking for a creative person to join us in building our brand and reaching new clients through social media.

You’ll work directly with our founders on Instagram and TikTok, from brainstorming concepts to filming, editing and understanding how content contributes to our growth.
What you’ll do:
• Develop ideas, hooks and recurring formats for Reels and TikTok.
• Plan and film content at our Berlin studios with our founders and team.
• Edit videos that bring our services, people and brand personality to life.
• Help organise our content calendar and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Experiment with formats and review results with us, including reach, engagement and enquiries or bookings.
• Bring your own marketing ideas and help put them into practice.
What we’re looking for:
• You’re a student looking for a compulsory internship as part of your studies.
• You speak and write English and German confidently.
• You have some experience filming and editing Reels or TikToks. Personal projects count!
• You’re creative, proactive and enthusiastic about social media.
• You enjoy working with people and helping them feel comfortable on camera.
• You can regularly join us at our studios in Berlin.
An interest in beauty, nails or lifestyle is a plus.
What you’ll learn:
• How to develop a content strategy for a growing consumer brand.
• How to plan, film and edit short-form videos for different audiences.
• How to use performance data to improve content and support customer acquisition.
• How to work from an initial creative idea through to publication and evaluation.
You’ll receive guidance and regular feedback from the founders, with room to test your ideas and build your portfolio.
Practical details:
• Location: Berlin, with on-site filming at our two studios and flexibility for some remote planning and editing.
• Start date, duration and weekly hours: to be agreed in line with your study programme’s compulsory internship requirements.
• This is a paid internship.
