Founders Associate Intern

Internship Description

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will work side-by-side with the co-founders, playing a pivotal role in shaping Cartha’s growth trajectory from Berlin. You will lead important initiatives, especially in Business Development, while contributing to Cartha’s operational excellence. Beyond supporting the day-to-day business, you’ll have the autonomy to define your own focus areas, making this role as diverse and impactful as your ambitions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Success: Support our customers in managing their workforce planning data in Cartha.
  • Sales & Go-to-Market (G2M): Support with the execution of our sales strategy, optimizing G2M processes and uncovering new revenue opportunities.
  • Founders Support: Provide critical support to the co-founders, taking ownership of ad hoc projects and strategic decisions.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects that have a direct impact on Cartha’s trajectory.

Your Profile

  • Excellence: Demonstrated academic excellence, reflecting an ambitious and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Mindset: You are curious, pragmatic, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, GSheets or similar tools.
  • Ownership: You thrive on responsibility and are eager to define your own focus areas.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional project and time management abilities.
