What You’ll Do
As an intern, you will be fully immersed in real projects that impact international deals. Your tasks will include:
Assisting in the drafting and amending of export financing contracts and their amendments
Participating in meetings with international clients, German and non-German equipment producers, and German banks
Carefully reviewing critical documentation that triggers payments—attention to detail is key
Gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of export financing transactions
