What You’ll Do
Create and assist with content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels
Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) Write captions and basic marketing copy aligned with our
brand voice
Schedule and publish posts according to a content calendar Help plan weekly and monthly content themes
Support basic community engagement (comments, DMs)
Organize content assets and maintain posting consistency
Track basic performance metrics and share simple insights
Support marketing campaigns, events, and launches as needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in marketing, social media, art, culture, or startups
Comfortable with social platforms and digital trends
Basic experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar (a plus)
Organized, reliable, and proactive Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Fluent in English (German is a plus, not required)
